The Role: Within this role, you will have the opportunity to progress your skills within Commercial/Property law, collaborating with small to large clients across the state. You will be responsible for: You will be replacing a Senior Lawyer Advise clients on property-related matters. Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail. Conduct thorough due diligence investigations, identify potential risks, and provide strategic advice to protect clients' interests. Negotiate and mediate with parties involved in property transactions to secure favorable outcomes for clients. Represent clients in property-related disputes, providing effective advocacy in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. Stay updated on evolving property laws and regulations, providing proactive advice to clients and ensuring compliance. About You: We're not looking to simply fill a position, we're looking for the right fit. The best suited candidate will posses the following qualities: Minimum of 4 Years PAE in Property Law In-depth knowledge of property laws, regulations, and best practices. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal issues. Strong negotiation and communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively represent clients' interests. Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple cases and transactions simultaneously. Client-centric approach with the ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
